PLATINUM
Provide suitably qualified Service Engineers to examine, test and calibrate the equipment annually or on an agreed number of occasions as specified in the contract
Make emergency visits to effect repairs or remedy faults arising out of fairware, tear and use. We shall use its best efforts to respond as quickly as possible within the agreed response time.
Replace and fit free of charge all components excluding:-
Loadcells and other transcuders
Thermal Print Heads, Ink Ribbons, paper rolls or other consumable items
Conveyor belts and bearings
GOLD
Provide suitably qualified Service Engineers to examine, test and calibrate the equipment annually or on an agreed number of occasions as specified in the contract
Make emergency visits to effect repairs or remedy faults arising out of fairware, tear and use. We shall use its best efforts to respond as quickly as possible within the agreed response time.
Charge for all parts and components required at current rates (fitting free).
SILVER
Provide suitably qualified Service Engineers to examine, test and calibrate the equipment annually or on an agreed number of occasions as specified in the contract
Make emergency visits to effect repairs or remedy faults arising out of fairware, tear and use. We shall use its best efforts to respond as quickly as possible within the agreed response time.
Charge for all parts and fitting at current rates.
BRONZE
Provide suitably qualified Service Engineers to examine, test and calibrate the equipment annually or on an agreed number of occasions as specified in the contract
Make a maximum of two emergency visits within a 12 month period to effect repairs or remedy faults arising out of fair ware, tear and use. We shall use its best efforts to respond as quickly as possible within the agreed response time.
Charge for all parts and fitting at current rates.
